WonderQuest Refund & Return Policy

At WonderQuest, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
• Once an order has entered the shipping process or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
• Order canceled before shipment
• Item received is defective or incorrect (subject to review)
• Exceptional circumstances approved by WonderQuest Support
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing Time
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• This timeframe reflects when WonderQuest issues the refund.
• Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post funds to your account.
Customers are encouraged to allow the full processing period before contacting support or initiating disputes.
Returns
At this time, WonderQuest does not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.
Exceptions may be made for:
• Defective items
• Incorrect items received
If approved, replacement or refund options will be provided at our discretion.
Chargebacks & Disputes
• Initiating a chargeback without contacting WonderQuest Support first may delay resolution.
• Once a chargeback is filed, the order becomes locked by the payment processor and cannot be refunded or modified until the dispute is resolved.
• WonderQuest reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that do not align with this policy.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or seasonal demand, especially during holidays.
WonderQuest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During high-volume periods (including holidays and promotional events), processing and shipping times may be extended. Refund requests based solely on delivery timing during these periods may not be approved.
