1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use the WonderQuest website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our site to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time if misuse is suspected.
2. Products & Services

3. Orders & Payments
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Orders are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations.
In the event an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
4. Processing & Shipping
• Orders require processing time prior to shipment.
• Shipping timelines displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and is outside of WonderQuest’s control.
WonderQuest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Customers are encouraged to review the Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to contact WonderQuest Support prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
• Once a chargeback is filed, the order becomes locked by the payment processor and cannot be modified, refunded, or canceled until the dispute is resolved.
• WonderQuest reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that do not align with our stated policies.
7. Holiday & Peak Season Disclaimer
During peak seasons (including holidays and promotional periods), processing and shipping times may be extended. WonderQuest does not guarantee delivery by specific dates, including holidays.
Our products are designed for long-term educational use beyond any single event or occasion.
8. Product Use & Safety
All WonderQuest products are intended for educational purposes and should be used with appropriate adult supervision. WonderQuest is not responsible for misuse or improper handling of products.
9. Intellectual Property
