Order Processing
• Orders typically require 1–4 business days to process before shipment.
• Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or high-volume sales events.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier for delivery.
Shipping Timeframes
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, carrier performance, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.
WonderQuest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
• Tracking information is issued once your order has shipped.
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the tracking number is generated.
• During high-volume periods, tracking scans may update less frequently while the package is still in transit.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During peak seasons (including holidays), carriers experience unusually high shipping volume. This may result in:
• Extended processing times
• Delayed tracking updates
• Longer transit times
WonderQuest does not guarantee delivery by specific dates, including holidays. Our products are designed for long-term educational value beyond any single occasion.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
WonderQuest is not responsible for:
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Packages delayed or lost due to address errors
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or tracking has not updated:
• Please allow additional time during peak shipping periods
• Contact our support team so we can assist with carrier inquiries if needed
WonderQuest is not liable for carrier delays but will work with customers to resolve shipping concerns whenever possible.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and delivery times may vary by destination. Customs processing times are outside of WonderQuest’s control.
